Bulut hesabı ile cihazdaki yerel veriler ayrıdır. Yerel hesaplamaları da silmek için Ayarlar'daki Yerel verileri sil işlemini ayrıca kullanın.

Web üzerinden silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız shnkadir01@gmail.com adresine konu satırı Hidden Cost hesap silme talebi olan bir e-posta gönderin. Google hesabı bağladıysanız talebi bağlı e-posta adresinden göndermeniz doğrulamayı kolaylaştırır.

Parolanızı, Google erişim tokenınızı veya doğrulama kodunuzu e-postayla göndermeyin. Destek, hesabı güvenli biçimde eşleştirmek için gerektiğinde ek doğrulama adımlarını paylaşır.

Silinen ve saklanabilen veriler

Firebase Authentication hesabı ve kullanıcı kimliği silinir.
Hesaba ait Firestore bulut projeleri, ayarlar ve senkronize kayıtlar silinir.
Cihazdaki yerel veriler yalnız uygulamadaki ayrı yerel silme işlemiyle silinir.
Dolandırıcılık önleme, güvenlik, yedekleme veya hukuki yükümlülükler için zorunlu sınırlı kayıtlar ilgili sağlayıcı/yasal süre boyunca tutulabilir; ardından silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

Doğrulanmış talepler normal koşullarda 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve sonuç e-postayla bildirilir.

Account and data deletion

In Hidden Cost, open Settings → Backup and synchronization, select Delete cloud account and data, and confirm the action. Cloud and local data are separate; use Delete local data in Settings if you also want to erase calculations stored on that device.

If you cannot access the app, email shnkadir01@gmail.com with the subject Hidden Cost account deletion request. If Google was linked, send the request from the linked address when possible. Never email your password, Google access token, or verification code. Support may provide additional secure verification steps.

Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Firestore cloud projects, settings, and synchronized records. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited security, backup, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may remain for the applicable provider or mandatory period and are then deleted or anonymized.
